Can You See or Feel Energy?
Light Body, Biofield & Aura Information

in Murrieta, Ca

What If You Could See—or Feel—Something Your Eyes Normally Miss?

Sometimes nothing looks obviously “wrong,” yet you don't quite feel like yourself.

You feel mentally noisy but physically tired.

You replay the same situation again and again.

A certain environment immediately changes your mood.

Music can calm you—or irritate you.

Bright light affects your sleep.

One memory can change your breathing, posture and heart rate within seconds.

And sometimes you know intellectually that an old belief isn't true anymore… but your body still seems to react as though it is.

At Fun and Easy Health in Murrieta, California, Brittany Poliska explores these less tangible pieces of wellness through the Light Body area of the Wellness Wheel.

What Is the Biofield?

The word biofield is used in complementary wellness to describe the energetic environment associated with a living body.

Some parts of this conversation are already familiar to conventional science.

Your heart has measurable electrical activity.

Your brain has measurable electrical activity.

Your nerves and muscles rely on electrical and chemical signaling.

Your skin can conduct electricity.

Even living cells can emit extremely faint amounts of light called ultraweak photon emissions.

That does not mean every claim about an aura or energy field has been scientifically proven.

But it does show us something important:

Your body is constantly exchanging and responding to information.

That is what makes this area so interesting to explore.

So, What is a Light Body?

The term light body is commonly used in spiritual and complementary-wellness traditions to describe the nonphysical or subtle dimension of human experience—our awareness, perception, emotional patterns, inner sense of vitality, spiritual identity, and relationship with something greater than ourselves.

It is sometimes also described online using terms such as human energy field, subtle body, biofield, energetic body, or body of light. These are wellness and spiritual concepts. Conventional medicine has not demonstrated a separate anatomical “light body” surrounding the physical body. That distinction matters.

At Fun and Easy Health, we don't have to turn a spiritual concept into a scientific fact to explore something meaningful.

Instead, we ask:

What parts of the idea can we actually observe?

Your thoughts affect your emotions.

Your senses affect your nervous system.

Light affects your sleep-wake biology.

Sound is a physical vibration that your nervous system processes.

Your brain can change through experience and learning.

Your interpretations influence how you react.

Those aren't mystical statements.

Those are places where mind, body, environment, and awareness genuinely meet.

Our Physical Body
Is Electrical

Here's where things become fascinating.

Your body uses electrical and electrochemical signaling every second of your life.

The electrical activity of your heart is measurable with an ECG or EKG.

Your brain's electrical activity can be measured with an EEG.

Electrical signals also participate in communication between nerves and muscles.

So describing the human body as electrically active is completely conventional.

What we should not do is jump from that fact to the conclusion that science has therefore proven a spiritual energy field.

Those are two different statements.

Understanding the difference allows us to stay curious without exaggerating the science.

Your Body Can Conduct Electricity

Here is an easy experiment.

Hold an Energy Stick by only one contact.

Nothing happens.

Now touch both ends.

The stick lights up and makes sound.

Why?

Because your body completed the electrical circuit.

The Energy Stick contains its own power source, while your body acts as a conductor.

It is a simple, hands-on way to demonstrate something very real:

The human body conducts electricity.

It is also a fun tool for teaching children, grandchildren, students—or curious adults—the difference between conductors and insulators.

FUN FACT:

Our Bodies Emit Tiny Amounts of Light

This sounds almost unbelievable—but it is real.

Living cells can emit extremely faint photons during normal oxidative metabolic processes. Scientists call this ultraweak photon emission, sometimes referred to as biophoton emission.

The light is far too faint for your eyes to see under ordinary conditions and is studied with extremely sensitive equipment.

Researchers have connected much of this emission with cellular metabolism and oxidative processes.

So yes:

The living body can literally emit photons.

With Kirlian and heat-sensitive photography, this discovery proves an invisible aura or light body.

Why Does Any of This Matter?

Because your body does not live in isolation.

Think about how quickly your state can change.

A stressful phone call can tighten your neck.

A beautiful piece of music can calm you.

Morning sunlight can help you feel more awake.

A memory can change your breathing.

A peaceful environment can help you slow down.

These reactions involve your brain, nervous system, senses, emotions and interpretation of what is happening around you.

That is where Light Body wellness becomes practical.

Instead of asking:

“What is wrong with me?”

we may begin with:

“What is influencing me?”

What Jesus Said About Light

Which Chakra is for Hatred?

The modern term “light body” is not a phrase Jesus used.

But Jesus repeatedly used light when teaching about truth, perception, spiritual condition, and how a person's inner life becomes visible through the way they live.

The truth is, Jesus said:

“When your eye is healthy, your whole body is full of light.” — Luke 11:34

He also said:

“You are the light of the world.” — Matthew 5:14

Corinthians 15:44, the NIV says:

“It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body.”

In context, these passages are spiritual teachings—not descriptions of an anatomical energy system.

For Fun and Easy Health, that distinction makes the message stronger rather than weaker.

Light can represent clarity instead of confusion, truth instead of false perception, awareness instead of automatic reaction, and an inner life that becomes reflected outwardly.

You don't need to adopt an unfamiliar spiritual system to explore those ideas.

You can simply ask:

What am I allowing into my mind, what do I believe about it, and what am I expressing back into the world?

What About Light and Color?

Light isn't imaginary either.

It is part of our biology.

Your brain uses information from environmental light to help regulate your circadian rhythm, the approximately 24-hour biological system involved in sleep and wakefulness.

The timing and intensity of light can influence melatonin and your sleep-wake schedule.

That's one reason staring into bright screens late at night feels very different from watching the sunrise.

At Fun and Easy Health, visual light and color techniques can be explored as sensory wellness tools.

This should not be confused with claiming that a specific color has been scientifically proven to cure a specific organ or disease.

Instead, we explore how visual input affects attention, emotion, comfort, perception and personal response.

Can People Really See an Aura?

You may have seen colorful photographs referred to as aura photography.

One of the early technologies associated with this idea is Kirlian photography, which creates a visible electrical corona discharge around an object exposed to a high-voltage field.

The glow in the photograph is real.

Its appearance can change depending on factors such as:

  • Moisture

  • Skin conductivity

  • Electrical resistance

  • Contact

  • Environmental conditions

Modern aura photography may use different technology, including sensors and software that translate readings into colors around a portrait.

At Fun and Easy Health, an aura photo is not treated as a medical diagnosis.

Instead, it can be a fun and interesting way to start a conversation about stress, awareness, energy, environment and how your body responds.

How exactly do you meditate?

Meditation and Awareness

Many people spend most of the day reacting.

Phone calls.

Traffic.

Family.

Work.

News.

Responsibilities.

By the time you finally sit down, your mind may still be racing.

Meditation creates enough quiet to notice what is happening before automatically reacting.

Brittany may use guided meditation or focused-awareness exercises to help you slow down and observe thoughts, emotions and physical sensations.

You do not need to be “good at meditation.”

You simply need to be willing to notice.

Another major part of Light Body work is meditation.

And meditation has become one of the most studied areas where ancient practice meets modern neuroscience.

Mindfulness and meditation research has investigated changes involving attention, emotional processing, stress responses, sleep and patterns of brain activity.

The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health reports that mindfulness-based approaches have shown benefits in several areas, while also cautioning that some meditation research is preliminary or varies in quality.

So meditation doesn't require us to promise enlightenment.

Sometimes it simply means:

Stop. Notice. Breathe. Observe. Choose your next thought intentionally.

That alone can be powerful.

Why “Nervous System Regulation” Is Everywhere Right Now

If you've been online lately, you've probably seen phrases like:

“regulate your nervous system”

“get out of fight or flight”

“somatic healing”

“reset your nervous system,” or “calm your body before you calm your mind.”

People are interested for a reason. Your autonomic nervous system helps your body respond to challenges and recover afterward. Stress isn't merely a thought. It can influence your heart rate, breathing, muscle tension, digestion, sleep, and attention. But there's an important distinction: Not every uncomfortable feeling means your nervous system is medically “dysregulated,” and no single wellness hack can reset the entire nervous system.

At Fun and Easy Health, we use the more practical question:

What helps your body shift from tension toward peace and awareness?

  • Sound?

  • Silence?

  • Breathing?

  • Meditation?

  • Movement?

  • Changing an interpretation?

  • Removing an overstimulating input?

Sometimes that question is much more useful than chasing another label.

Light Body vs. Life Force: What's the Difference?

These are two different parts of the Fun and Easy Health Wellness Wheel.

Life Force focuses more on vitality, drive, breath, energetic expression, and the body's physical and bioenergetic environment.

Light Body focuses more on awareness, perception, truth, spiritual development, beliefs, and transformation.

Think of it this way...

Life Force asks: How fully is my biochemistry living?

Light Body asks: What is guiding the way I see and live my life?

The two can influence one another. So can Structure. Nutrition. Emotion. And your Acupuncture/Meridian System.

That is why the Wellness Wheel is a wheel. Everything connects.

What Happens During a Light Body / Vibrational Wellness Session?

You don't need to understand frequencies, neuroscience, or spiritual terminology before coming in.

Brittany guides the process.

Depending on what your body and wellness conversation suggests exploring, a session may incorporate sound, visual input, meditation, muscle-response observations, emotional awareness, or belief reinterpretation.

You may notice questions such as:

  • What feels different when this sound changes?

  • Does your breathing change?

  • Does your muscle response change?

  • What happens when you think about a certain belief?

  • Does a different interpretation change the way your body responds?

  • Does quiet feel better than stimulation right now?

The purpose is observation—not diagnosis.

The more you understand your patterns, the less wellness feels like random trial and error, and the clearer the path becomes to living in optimal health.

What Does “Light Body Activation” Mean?

This is a very common phrase online.

In many spiritual communities, light body activation refers to practices intended to increase awareness, spiritual connection, or a person's sense of subtle energy.

At Fun and Easy Health, we use more grounded language.

We aren't claiming to switch on a hidden anatomical structure.

Instead, we think of Light Body development as becoming more:

  • Aware.

  • Truthful.

  • Intentional.

  • Present.

  • Clear about what you believe.

  • Connected to purpose.

  • Able to recognize what strengthens or drains you.

You don't need to change or become someone else.

Sometimes transformation begins by seeing more clearly.

Become More Aware of What Influences You

What is Influencing Me?

Sound influences you.

Light influences you.

Your environment influences you.

Your thoughts influence you.

Your interpretations influence what happens next.

And your beliefs can influence the choices you repeat for years.

Light Body wellness isn't about becoming more mystical.

It's about becoming more aware.

And awareness allows you to choose differently.

The truth is:

“Let your light shine before others.” — Matthew 5:16

Not because you have to pretend everything is perfect.

But because clarity, truth, purpose, and the way you live eventually become visible.

Discover what may deserve your attention next.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a light body scientifically proven? Conventional science has not established a separate nonphysical light body as an anatomical structure. The term comes from spiritual and complementary wellness traditions. Science does establish related but distinct phenomena, including electrical activity in the brain and heart, sensory responses to sound and light, neuroplasticity, and ultraweak photon emission from living cells. Does the human body really emit light? Yes—but not in the way most people mean when describing an aura. Living cells produce extremely faint photon emissions associated largely with oxidative metabolic processes. These emissions require sensitive instruments to measure and do not establish the existence of a spiritual energy field. Does the body have an electromagnetic field? Electrical activity in the heart, brain, nerves and other tissues creates measurable electrical and magnetic phenomena. That established physiology should not automatically be equated with spiritual or subtle-energy concepts. What is vibrational wellness? Vibrational wellness is a broad complementary term for using forms of sensory input such as sound, rhythm, light, color or vibration as part of relaxation, awareness or mind-body wellness practices. Is sound healing scientifically proven? Sound and music clearly affect the auditory and nervous systems, and music-based interventions have been studied for stress, anxiety, pain, and other outcomes. That evidence does not prove that a particular sound frequency cures disease. Fun and Easy Health therefore uses sound as a complementary wellness input rather than making disease-treatment claims. Can meditation change the brain? Research suggests meditation and mindfulness can influence patterns of brain activity, attention and emotional regulation. Studies have also examined longer-term structural changes, although findings vary and researchers continue to study how consistent and clinically meaningful these changes are. Can beliefs affect the body? Thoughts and interpretations can influence emotional and physiological responses. Established psychological approaches such as cognitive restructuring examine how inaccurate or unhelpful thoughts influence emotions and behavior. Fun and Easy Health's Blueprint Reinterpretation is a wellness technique and is not a substitute for psychotherapy. What did Jesus mean when He said the body could be full of light? Jesus used the language of light in teachings about perception, truth and spiritual life. Luke 11:34 describes the “whole body” being “full of light,” while Matthew 5:14 describes people as “the light of the world.” These passages provide spiritual meaning rather than a scientific description of an invisible anatomical energy system. Is Light Body work religious? No specific religious belief is required for a Fun and Easy Health session. The approach can respect a client's faith while remaining focused on wellness, awareness, sound, light, meditation, perception and belief patterns. Christian clients can understand “light” through Biblical language, while other clients can approach the same session from a mind-body and personal-awareness perspective. Where can I explore vibrational wellness in Murrieta, California? Fun and Easy Health provides personalized holistic wellness sessions in Murrieta, California, serving Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Wildomar, and surrounding Southwest Riverside County communities.
