Join Fun and Easy Health for the Temecula Valley Wellness & Longevity Gathering, an interactive community wellness event in Temecula, California, designed for individuals, families, business owners, and local leaders who care about health, prevention, personal growth, and whole-person wellness.

This Harvest of Health Founders Gathering is the launch of a bigger vision for wellness education, community connection, family health, future healing spaces, and monthly Wellness Wheel Workshops.

Guests will enjoy swimming, Qi Gong, a potluck, wellness activities, client testimonials, raffle prizes, and the Wellness Passport experience.

The Wellness Journey includes a Passport for an interactive pathway through the six areas of the Wellness Wheel: Structure, Nutrition, Emotions, Life Force, Light Body, and the Acupuncture System. Each station includes a short challenge, a passport stamp, a QR code to continue learning at home, and one simple habit guests can practice during the week.
