Get ready to move, groove, and learn at our exciting Parkinson’s Awareness event! This month, we’re shining a light on Parkinson’s disease and promoting holistic health practices to support those affected by it. Join us for a day filled with wellness, fun, and community spirit!
What to Expect:
Wellness Workshops: Dive into a variety of sessions focusing on holistic health practices.
Yoga: Stretch and strengthen your body with gentle yoga sessions designed for all levels.
Music/Dancing: Feel the rhythm and enjoy some lively tunes while dancing your heart out!
